The OSCE vision of comprehensive and co-operative security calls for the equal participation and full involvement of women in maintaining and promoting peace and resolving and preventing conflict.
GenderBase is a tool to:
- Increase the number and visibility of female experts working in the military and police fields.
- Highlight the profiles of qualified women specialists who are interested in and available for consultancies with the OSCE.
GenderBase is maintained by the staff of the Gender Section.
